Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Inverter & UPS Design and Assembly Engineer responsible for the design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of inverter and UPS systems to ensure high performance, reliability, and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and development of inverter and UPS systems

• Assembly, wiring, and testing of inverter and UPS units

• Troubleshooting and rectification of power electronic circuit faults

• Perform load testing, performance testing, and reliability checks

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Coordinate with production and quality teams

• Maintain design documentation, test reports, and service records

• Support continuous improvement in product performance and efficiency

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / EEE / ECE

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in inverter and UPS design, assembly, or servicing

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of power electronics and circuit design

• Experience in inverter and UPS assembly and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of MOSFETs, IGBTs, transformers, SMPS, and PCBs

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Familiarity with testing instruments such as multimeters, CROs, and load banks

We are seeking a Solar Project Design & Implementation Engineer to manage the design, planning, execution, and commissioning of solar PV projects, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, and technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and engineering of solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted)

• Conduct site surveys, load calculations, and system sizing

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM)

• Supervise installation and commissioning of solar projects

• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal project teams

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and post-commissioning

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records

Qualification & Experience

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / EEE / ECE

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in solar project design and implementation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of solar PV system design and engineering

• Experience with rooftop solar installations

• Familiarity with solar inverters, panels, DCDB, ACDB, and earthing systems

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams

• Knowledge of MNRE, KSEB, and local DISCOM guidelines

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate at site level

Technician / Helper – Production, Installation & Service

Job Purpose

We are hiring Technicians and Helpers to support lithium battery assembling, solar installation projects, and inverter/UPS assembly, as well as service and maintenance activities. Candidates with experience or a strong interest in electrical work are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in lithium battery pack assembling and wiring

• Support solar panel installation and commissioning activities

• Assembly and wiring of inverter and UPS systems

• Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks

• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions strictly

• Maintain tools, materials, and cleanliness of the work area

• Support senior engineers, technicians, and supervisors as required

Qualification & Experience

• ITI / Diploma / Plus Two / SSLC

• Experience in lithium battery assembly, solar installation, inverter, or UPS assembly is preferred

• Freshers with basic electrical knowledge can also apply

• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and components

• Ability to use hand tools and electrical tools safely
